Registration & Federation Cup Information

Senior Club:
  1. Must be part of an active Senior Club or independent Senior Club.
  2. Once a Senior club member/independent, create your own Jr. Club.  Jr. Club fees & materials due Oct. 1 (Nov. 15th with $25 late fee), of the current year, unless a new Jr. Club.
 
 Online Registration, Summary Forms & Fees:
  1. Festival Registration will not begin until it has been announced, via email, that it is "open" for registration. This should happen in early November, prior to our Sarasota Festival that takes place towards the end of February each year.
  2. To register your students, go to NFMC Vivace Online Festival Mgt.
  3. Make sure you opt out of Fed Cup if you have students not entering Fed Cup. If your entire studio is not doing Fed Cup, you will need to opt out of Fed Cup for each student.
  4. Deadline for Festival Applications and Fees is Dec. 1-10, of the preceding year.
  5. (e.g.: 2022 Festival Registrations are due no later than Dec. 10, 2020). All online Vivace Festival registrations and fees, MUST be completed and paid by Dec. 10.  Fees are non-refundable.

Federation Cup (formerly Gold Cup):
Federation Cup, formerly called Gold Cup, participation is not required. If you do not wish to participate, opt out.
 
To participate:
  1. The online Vivace Festival Mgt. registrations, default to include ALL students in the Fed Cup program. 
  2. You may write ONE check, made payable to Seminole District for both Registrations and Fed Cup. However; you must include a clearly written or typed note, designating that of the total amount of the check, how many students and amount of money go to Fed Cup. For example: Cynthia Wiley, SVA (Jr. Club), total fee: $150. Registration is $100 and Fed Cup is 10 students for a total of $50. 
  3. We strongly recommend that each teacher keep a  Student Event History JR 3-11 for every student you enter in Festival yearly. This will help prevent Federation Cup point errors.
